Procurement Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to deliver expert technical solutions for procurement and supply chain processes using Ariba modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ariba Configuration and Customization
    • Implement and configure Ariba Buyer, Sourcing, Contracts, and SIPM
    • Customize Ariba applications based on business requirements
  • Integration and Support
    • Integrate Ariba with SAP and third-party systems
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Documentation and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation
    • Work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather technical needs
  • Performance Optimization and Upgrades
    • Perform performance tuning and system optimization
    • Stay updated on Ariba upgrades, features, and industry best practices


The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive approach, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
