Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Lead

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

We seek a seasoned Quality Assurance expert to drive our testing initiatives.


• At least 8+ years of experience in leading QA teams and developing complex testing strategies


• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and automated testing methodologies


• Ability to plan and execute large-scale testing projects with high levels of accuracy and efficiency


• Proficient in assessing scope and requirement changes and adapting testing plans accordingly


• Excellent communication and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams


• Experience with defect management and mitigation processes


• Skilled at identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing change


• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive business acceptance testing and signoff


• Effective guidance and mentorship to junior team members and vendors


• Strong analytical skills to identify and address risk management concerns


• Familiarity with the financial services industry and regulatory requirements


• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


• Knowledge of insurance products, services, and solutions


• Experience with scripting or coding simple applications or automation solutions


• Familiarity with COLI/BOLI business operations
