Primary Responsibilities

At LatentBridge International, we seek a skilled developer to join our Enterprise Messaging team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for implementing new and enhancing existing application integration projects within our middleware framework. This role requires involvement in the full project life cycle, from initial project technical proposal to analysis, design, implementation, and subsequent production rollout and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis, design, and development of new integration projects in Unix and Windows environments;
• Producing detailed functional and design specifications;
• Managing projects, planning, and conducting systems testing and supporting user acceptance testing;
• Liaising with users from all areas and with other ISD teams, including ISD Control and Technical Services;
• Adhering to LatentBridge development standards and procedures, including change control;
• Dealing with day-to-day production problems and maintenance when required.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Java and JEE, as well as proficiency in integration architecture and design skills, project management, and object-oriented analysis. They should also have experience with microservices architecture, continuous delivery and deployment, and Publish/Subscribe messaging paradigms. Knowledge of source control, build automation tools, and ALM/SDLC tools is also essential.
