Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer to lead the end-to-end design process for seasonal men's collections.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

  • Lead Design Cycle: Drive the full design process for men's collections—trend forecasting, concept development, sketching, and creating accurate tech-packs.
  • Material Sourcing & Coordination: Oversee fabric, trims, and swatch selection; collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality materials.
  • Sample Development & Fit Evaluation: Manage prototype creation and fittings; provide precise revisions and constructive feedback to vendors and internal teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing, production, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution from design concept to retail launch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in men's apparel design, preferably in a retail or brand environment.
  • Strong skills in trend analysis, sketching (hand or digital), and creating detailed tech-packs.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD tools.
  • Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
