Job SummaryThis role supports our shop support engineering teams with configuration specification, workscope planning guide updates, and module soft time analysis. You will develop initial Delta TechOps workscopes from OEM maintenance instructions and collect key data for out-of-limits damage conditions.
- Assist shop support engineering teams with configuration specification, workscope planning guide updates, and module soft time analysis.
- Develop initial Delta TechOps workscopes from OEM maintenance instructions for integrated MRO shops.
- Collect key data for out-of-limits damage conditions and assist in the development of OEM case requests or Delta-developed repair solutions.
- Participate in workscope escalation and scrap disposition reviews to support workscope optimization.
- Integrate typical repairs into Delta manuals to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce job stops.
- Review post-shop visit engine test rejections and collaborate with Shop Support Engineering to reduce return to shop events.
- Support the development of Shop Visit Reports and Failure Investigation Reports for Delta and MRO customer engine shop visits at Delta TechOps.
