Job Title: Full Stack Software Development Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled software development lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, including Java, Angular, and SQL.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of scalable, bug-free applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create scalable, bug-free applications using Java, Angular, and SQL
  2. Communicate effectively with clients, leads, and teams to understand business requirements and gather feedback
  3. Develop and maintain processes for organization and client management
  4. Design, develop, and test application modules, unit tests, and design documents
  5. Troubleshoot issues with application code and collaborate with teams to resolve problems
  6. Review code to identify potential issues and defects, and contribute to process enhancements
  7. Mentor junior team members and conduct end-to-end system testing
  8. Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical skills in Java, Angular, and SQL
  • Experience working with business and IT users to understand business requirements and analyze existing code
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and analytical skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
