Are you a seasoned Product Owner seeking a challenging opportunity? We're looking for an experienced individual to drive product development from research to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams. As an Associate Principal Consultant-Product Owner, you will apply your technical and business expertise to refine business needs into clear software specifications, analyze complex issues, and facilitate solution discussions.

Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who can demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience working with geographically distributed Engineering/Scrum teams and possess project management skills, we encourage you to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply consulting mindset to conduct thorough research and understand business needs.
  • Refine business needs into clear software specifications via features and user stories.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of issues that arise throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate solution optioning discussions with Engineering teams.
  • Write and document features clearly, aligning them with overarching business goals and metrics.
  • Define clear Acceptance Criteria and expertly drive business priority for development efforts.
  • Cross-team coordination: Expertly coordinate between Product Owners of other teams, Engineering teams, and Business stakeholders.
  • User Story Crafting: Write user stories effectively in ATDD (Acceptance Test-Driven Development) format.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Product Owner roles with 3-4 years of experience.
  • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or SAFe Product Owner certifications.
Good to Have Skills
  • Product Owner experience in the Wholesale Automotive domain.
