We're seeking a skilled AI Expert to drive innovation and create cutting-edge products. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions that empower subject matter experts to automate complex work.

About the Role
  • You will develop high-performance search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for data indexing, ranking, and query processing.
  • Create robust evaluation frameworks for agents, RAG systems, and language models. We prefer open-source models and a polyglot approach.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in software engineering or end-to-end data science with strong Python skills and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming.
  • Familiarity with AI agent stacks, vector databases, and recent LLMs.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training, and evaluating emerging LLMs, or working with RAG systems.
