High-Performance Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer to be responsible for designing and implementing performance tests to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, quality assurance, and testing concepts, with at least 7 years of combined Java and JavaScript development experience. You should also have expertise in performance tools like JMeter, as well as experience working with continuous deployment tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance tests to ensure application scalability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using JUnit and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior engineers on performance testing best practices.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with cloud deployment tools like Jenkins/Ansible and containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of database technologies including Cassandra, MySQL, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Helm, Harness, Google Cloud Build, Chef, Terraform, etc.
- Strong understanding of performance testing and tuning principles.
