Electrical Design Engineer Role Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of electrical design principles, including control panel design, PLCs, and other electrical control systems. Proficiency in electrical design software such as EPLAN or similar is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in control panel design involving PLCs and other electrical control systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with industrial automation systems, including PLC programming.
Favorable Skills:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Design and develop control panels for industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and other electrical control systems.
  • Prepare detailed electrical designs, drawings, and specifications for control panels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant electrical safety standards and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical design issues.
