Manufacturing Quality Specialist

As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Coimbatore, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control throughout the production process, conducting regular audits, and implementing quality management systems to drive excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality control and assurance, with skills in quality engineering and management. They should also have experience in quality auditing procedures and a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required for this role.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements
- Conducting quality planning and process control
- Implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and First Article Inspection (FAI)
- Leading root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Inspecting and measuring parts using manual and advanced equipment
- Promoting continuous improvement through data analysis and project leadership
