Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

The Quality Assurance Officer role is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and Prepare Compliance Reports: Develop, review, and prepare compliance reports for internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Initiate and Investigate Change Control and CAPA: Identify, investigate, and evaluate change control and CAPA events to prevent or mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop, review, and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage TCC, CC, Deviation, and Incident Reports: Initiate, investigate, lock, and close TCC, CC, deviation, and incident reports in a timely manner.
  • Verify Implemented CAPA and Effectiveness: Verify that implemented CAPA are effective and functioning as intended.
  • Prepare Product Quality Reports (PQR/APR): Develop, review, and distribute PQR/APR to stakeholders.
