Mechanical Seal order engineering service involves supporting business units on design and development of devices, assemblies, or systems through production manufacturing process. This role is responsible for reviewing customer inputs, understanding job scope, generating GA drawings, BOM's, component drawings/models, and performing engineering analysis/calculations.

The successful contributor will implement engineering best practices, review new standards, identify gaps, generate bills of material and manufacturing drawings for engineered products, and support customers with technical solutions. They will conduct engineering analysis under supervision on areas like hydraulic design, vibration, gear design, software and hardware design, FEA structural and dynamic analysis.

This role executes special engineering tasks, re-engineering, schedule-driven projects, retrofit jobs, upgrading to current design standards, new product development, ATS related engineering tasks, and demonstrates adequate knowledge on auxiliary systems associated with mechanical seals.

The successful candidate will maintain Certified Designer status, identify and implement process improvement initiatives, demonstrate acquired credentials in par with skill matrix expectations, checking the correctness of designs originated by associates, ensuring on-time performance of assigned tasks, and providing responses to internal and external customer feedback.

Key qualifications include an Engineering Diploma in Mechanical/Production discipline or Equivalent (Minimum 3-year course) with 7+ years of experience in engineering industries OR Engineering Graduate with 3-5years of experience in engineering industries preferably with Seal industry or Rotating equipment allied industry experience.
