Job Description

As a seasoned SAP environment expert, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining multiple SAP instances across various environments (development, test, training, and production). Your expertise in migrations, upgrades, builds, and rollouts of all SAP components will ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Upgrades: Implement and maintain SAP instances to ensure optimal performance, reliability, availability, and scalability.
  • SAP Configuration: Design and implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.
  • Database Administration: Administer SAP databases with Database Administrator responsibilities, including planning and performing database upgrades, applying maintenance, designing physical database layouts, and managing database storage.
  • Client Administration: Perform SAP client administration tasks, such as creating, copying, deleting, exporting, and importing clients as required.
  • System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor SAP systems, work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system health.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in SAP environment management, migration, upgrade, build, and rollout.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP database administration, client administration, and system monitoring.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
