About the Role

This position will be responsible for providing program management support to multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of project goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in working with SAP projects and programs, with a strong focus on resource allocation, capacity planning, and project control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update MS Project tracking, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
  • Design and maintain a closed network schedule upon the milestones, including coordination of resources and budgets.
  • Monitor Program Reporting, ensuring clear and accurate status reporting.
  • Prepare status for governance meetings, working closely with workstream leads to ensure an integrated plan is in place.
  • Deliver metrics and analyses to the Project Manager to aid effective project management.
  • Perform various analyses, calculations, and cost consolidations, such as EAC validation, Earned Value Management, SPI/CPI, KPIs.
  • Assign available employees to projects based on skillsets, previous experience, and availability.
  • Capacity planning, making sure that resources have capacity to work on upcoming projects.
  • Monitoring and managing employees' workload, utilization, and overtime hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the SAP industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP projects and programs, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and project control.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, PPPT, XLS, WORD, and other relevant tools.
