Big Data Strategist

Overview:

  • Develop and implement data architectures that drive business growth and inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-level data pipelines and architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NiFi with other systems, including databases, APIs, and cloud services.

• Partner with product architects, engineering teams, and security teams to design and implement solutions.

• Optimize and troubleshoot NiFi workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Coach and develop a data strategy and vision for the team, providing subject matter expertise.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience with data formats like JSON, XML, and Avro.

• Knowledge of data protocols like HTTP, TCP, and Kafka.

• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.

• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with NiFi architecture and components.
