Job Title

To lead the finance team and oversee the smooth functioning of financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and strategic planning.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the finance function, establishing internal controls to ensure accurate fund management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting in accordance with company protocols.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, detailing unit performance against budget and significant matters.
  • Monitor management reporting functions, including profitability and pricing models.
  • Incorporate budgeting and forecasting models, managing cash flow and working capital to optimize performance.
  • Minimize risks by prioritizing and reviewing risk mitigation strategies; escalate issues as necessary.
  • Respond to audit queries and ensure accurate taxation policies are adopted.
  • Develop relationships with key vendors and contribute to commercial negotiations.
  • Lead and motivate the finance team to meet performance targets and ensure effective collaboration across departments.
  • Represent the organization externally, ensuring a positive reputation and capability perception.
  • Assume additional responsibilities entrusted by senior management.
Qualifications and Skills

  • CA / CMA > 12 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in healthcare industry.
  • Fluent English and Hindi language skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Observational and critical thinking abilities.
  • Teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Initiative-taking and emotional intelligence.
  • Resilience and empathy.
