About Our Manufacturing Team

  • Our Jhagadia manufacturing unit is a strategic investment in western India, acquired in 2011.
  • Located in Central Gujarat, the float glass plant covers 150 acres and produces 550 MT of clear glass per day.
  • Our team sets high quality benchmarks with clear glass production under 650 ppm of Iron.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain 66 KV switchyard, HT & LT switchgears, SF6, transformer, motors, EOT cranes, Battery & Battery charger, UPS, PCC, MCC, Plant lighting & PLC, Electro hydraulic grab, and crushing equipment.
  • Responsible for maintenance and operation knowledge in gensets, electrical Panels, Transformers, isolators, and lightning arrestors.
  • Maintain Soft starters & Automation systems & Basic operations of PLC's and SCADA.
  • Troubleshoot AC/DC machines, Circuit Theory, earthing concepts, protection and metering devices, VFD & PLC applications, Encoders & feedback sensors, HV, MV & LV Power systems, Electrical generation & distribution system, Energy calculations, and efficiency improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma - Electrical Engineering from reputable institutions with good academic records.
  • 3-5 years Experience in Manufacturing / Process / Engg. Industry.
