Senior Financial Director

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Director to spearhead our financial operations and drive business growth. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and contributing to long-term sustainability.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with business objectives. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Establish a multi-geo strategy in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams. Develop and implement plans to expand our global presence and increase market share.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis. Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to inform business planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning to ensure optimal financial performance.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High integrity and commitment to ethical conduct.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high-growth startup.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and international markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred). Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Strong industry connections and network.
