Software Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with project managers and teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Determine suitable architecture and technical solutions and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving development practices and integrate them into day-to-day operations.
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills and logical analysis to provide high-value services to clients.
  • Contribute to the development community of content management systems (CMS) such as Magento, Joomla, and WordPress.
  • Design and develop innovative, reusable web-based tools for activism and community building.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of open-source ecommerce platforms like Magento and CMS such as Joomla and WordPress.
  • Proficient in programming languages including PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML5, Javascript, AJAX, and XML.
  • High-level problem-solving abilities and strong debugging skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and organize tasks effectively.
