Job Title:

Front Desk Executive/Admin


Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and transfer calls to concerned personnel as needed.
  • Manage internal and external communication, providing call status updates.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including canteen, housekeeping, and security duties.
  • Prepare HR/admin data related to overtime, canteen details, etc.
  • Carry out other HR/admin tasks as required.
  • Scan, print, and file documents.
  • Arrange appointments, activities, and schedules.
  • Maintain front office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide guest management services, including welcoming guests, arranging refreshments, and setting up meeting arrangements.

Pantries Management:
  • Monitor pantry stock levels for tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, etc.
  • Organize crockery items in the pantry, including mugs, cups, guest lunch sets, etc.
  • Oversee chocolate stock against Wow cards.
  • Supervise the office boy's duties during guest visits and within the office.
  • Review monthly tea invoices.

Courier Management:
  • Update courier logs daily and send notifications.
  • Distribute couriers to individuals and maintain records.
  • Review monthly courier invoices.
  • Provide courier details as requested.
  • Resolve courier-related issues.

Library Management:
  • Manage library registration and issue books.
  • Send reminders after due dates.
  • Motivate employees to read books.

Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in admin or reception roles. Strong English communication skills (speaking and writing) are essential.
