We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Content Strategist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organic growth for brands and personal brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, crafting, and executing social media content strategies across multiple platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing a content calendar aligned with brand and business goals
  • Crafting high-quality multimedia content, including short-form videos, reels, carousels, customer highlights, and infographics
  • Elevating founder personal branding by turning stories into impactful campaigns
  • Spotting trends and adapting them into brand narratives
  • Building communities and growing audiences organically
  • Managing affiliate programs and maintaining platform hygiene
  • Tracking engagement metrics and optimizing strategies for reach and relevance

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of agency experience
  • A proven track record of delivering organic growth for brands and personal brands
  • Deep knowledge of algorithms, trends, and organic engagement tactics
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and team management skills
  • Strong client management experience
  • Independent and proactive mindset
