Responsibilities:

- Radiate information between squad and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Assist team/individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
- Serve as a coach in Agile practices.
- Understand and drive the projects on time.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in IT banking project management with a B.E/B.Tech background in CSE/IT. Additionally, you should have experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Your knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach would be an asset. Familiarity with other agile methodologies like Kanban and XP is also desired. Understanding of iterative and incremental development fundamentals, basic knowledge of software development processes, and relevant certification would be advantageous.
You are expected to communicate effectively, maintain a cohesive team, and utilize Jira or similar tools for managing Sprints and User Stories. Experience with Java technology stack and ability to estimate salary of approximately $120000 - $150000 per annum make you an ideal candidate for this position.
