About the RoleWe seek a highly skilled Space Planner to conceptualize and design interior projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop project proposals and present them to clients, showcasing diverse residential and commercial designs.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure all design elements meet high standards.
- Mentor junior designers and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Exceptional design and spatial planning skills.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
