Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Management Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective supply plans, coordinating with various teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of generic formulations.

This includes:

  • Developing medium-to-long term production plans based on demand forecasts, inventory norms, transit time, and manufacturing capacities.
  • Creating monthly rolling production schedules in alignment with monthly sales forecasts, tender visibility, in-transit stock, and API/RM/PM availability.
  • Coordinating with manufacturing plants, API team, and procurement teams for timely execution of production plans.

The successful candidate will maintain optimum inventory levels (RM, PM, FG) to avoid stock-outs and obsolescence, monitor and manage capacity constraints, and optimize inventory holdings in consultation with finance and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong background in SCM, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
