Job Description

We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to join our team.

  • This role involves performing specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment, gathering and correlating basic engineering data using established procedures, and working on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
  • The successful candidate will propose approaches to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignments, identify discrepancies in results, and provide guidance to entry-level engineers.
  • This position requires independent work with little supervision, completing primary design elements for engineering works, and developing innovative electrical design solutions for complex projects.
  • The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams in the execution of large-scale electrical engineering projects, conduct technical reviews of junior engineers' work, and collaborate with clients to understand project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in electrical design for complex projects
  • Expertise in both Electrical and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems
  • Proficiency in Navisworks and other relevant design software
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) in electrical design
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Experience in proposal writing and business development activities
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
