SQL Platform Architect

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, build and optimize data architecture using SQL technologies.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in database design, performance tuning and implementing scalable SQL-based solutions that support enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop end-to-end SQL-based architecture for business-critical systems.
  • Implement efficient data models, stored procedures and optimized queries.
  • Lead database development projects ensuring performance, security and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics and engineering teams to deliver data solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex SQL performance issues and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain technical documentation for data flows, models and processes.
  • Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve the SQL platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL development (T-SQL, PL/SQL or equivalent).
  • Strong background in database architecture, data modeling, indexing and query optimization.
  • Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Familiarity with ETL design and implementation.
  • Experience with performance tuning and query optimization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure SQL, AWS RDS or Google Cloud SQL.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools.
  • Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD for database deployment.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
