At the core of our organization, we're seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Perform regular updates, configuration changes, and backups to maintain data integrity and system reliability.
  • Manage network operations for data communications, including scheduled maintenance, upgrades, obsolescence, and capacity requirements.
  • Ensure that network infrastructure is properly documented and meets architecture designs and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain all network devices, LAN equipment, routers, switches, WiFi controllers, and other related equipment and services.
  • Identify mission-critical production network-related issues and troubleshoot end-user issues promptly.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to a business audience.
  • Excellent oral communication and customer relations skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization's hierarchy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Good understanding and relevant experience with LAN technologies.
  • Cisco certification (CCNA) is mandatory, while CCNP is preferred.
  • Understanding of WIFI and DC technologies.

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Pune/Bangalore.
  • Shift: 24/7 Support Rotational.
  • Experience: 5–8 years.
