Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in tooling, fixtures, and polymer parts. As a key member of our dynamic Projects team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end execution of automotive projects from kickoff to handover
  • Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery
  • Driving tooling development (moulds, fixtures, jigs) and managing tool trials
  • Tracking and reporting project milestones, budgets, and risks
  • Ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 standards
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to drive productivity and cost optimization

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • BE in Mechanical/Production (MBA is a plus)
  • 4–5 years of experience in automotive project execution
  • Hands-on experience with tooling, fixtures, and polymer parts
  • Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D), MS Projects, and MS Office
