Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Software Development Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of software projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and be certified as a Scrum Master (CSM).
  • They will be responsible for building and anchoring high-performing Scrum Teams across various projects, ensuring sprint ceremonies are conducted following defined Agile methodologies.
  • This position involves project planning and execution, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • The selected individual will also be responsible for risk management, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Effective communication is crucial in this role, facilitating communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • The Agile Software Development Manager will work closely with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes.
  • They will promote a culture of continuous improvement within the development teams and monitor project budgets and expenses.
Position Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience) with at least 10 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and certifications such as CSM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is required.
  • The ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities is crucial.
