Job Description

As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of global customer experience projects and programs. Your goal will be to ensure timely execution and measurable business impact on procurement, inventory management, supply planning & demand planning, manufacturing, and logistics functions.

  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage data analyst teams to ensure they are performing their roles effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide functional (supply chain) and technical (analytical) guidance to project teams.
  • Work with product owners and key stakeholders on backlog prioritization and resource planning.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Gathering project requirements from supply chain managers in various process enhancement initiatives.
  • Creating data analytics solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Partnering with data engineering and applications teams to curate data and secure access to planning data sources.
  • Ensuring data quality and validation processes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree with more than 10 years of experience in supply chain domain.

Skills Required

  • Mid-level experience in Power BI, SQL, and ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions essential for problem-solving and decision-making.
