We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the creative department, you will be responsible for producing standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, the ability to work collaboratively with account management, excellent presentation skills, and successful experience in managing creative writers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team with copywriters to produce innovative and engaging content
  • Develop and implement strategic content plans
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Estimate creative hours and manage workload effectively
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Attend market research as necessary
  • Lead the creative team in development of concepts and execution of all projects from conception to completion
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client products and marketing challenges
  • Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as required

Qualifications include:

  • 0-2 years of agency experience
  • Proven track record of creative ability and judgment
  • Successful client contact experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with account management
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Successful experience in managing creative writers
