Role Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Verdant bioAgri LLP in Bagalkot, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales strategies, team management, account management, and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales operations, managing customer accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure excellent performance
- Travel extensively across India to engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
- Analytical skills, sales, and sales management expertise
- Experience in account management and team management
- Proven track record in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 10 years plus experience of heading sales in a reputable tissue culture company
What We Offer
Competitive salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum, depending on experience
