Role Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Verdant bioAgri LLP in Bagalkot, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales strategies, team management, account management, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales operations, managing customer accounts, and leading the sales team to achieve targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure excellent performance
  • Travel extensively across India to engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience

  • Analytical skills, sales, and sales management expertise
  • Experience in account management and team management
  • Proven track record in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 10 years plus experience of heading sales in a reputable tissue culture company

What We Offer

Competitive salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum, depending on experience
