- Develop and enforce comprehensive maintenance plans for instrumentation assets, including transmitters, control valves, flow meters, and analyzers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive maintenance strategies that optimize asset utilization.
- Drive critical thinking and analytical skills to assess asset criticality and develop tailored asset management strategies.
- Promote predictive and preventive maintenance practices, leveraging condition monitoring techniques to minimize downtime.
- Establish standardized maintenance procedures and test intervals for similar asset classes.
- Advise on hazardous area classification and international standards for instrumentation, ensuring compliance and optimal safety.
As an accomplished Instrument Maintenance Technician, you will possess in-depth knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of field instrumentation, including control valves, on-off valves, and various field instruments.
