Helpdesk Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Helpdesk Associate to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Helpdesk Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users for various IT devices, applications, or processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Record, update, and escalate support issues to the next level promptly
  • Support all IT onboarding activities for end-users
  • Work with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance
  • Discover new IT business tools to support business users and internal IT teams
  • Seek, suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements

Requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Great teamwork and collaboration skills
  • 24/7 rotational shifts and week offs
  • Comfortable working with various stakeholders
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, bug-finding, and resolution
  • Ability to work independently within a diverse global team
  • IT software and hardware troubleshooting knowledge and skills (Win 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite and Microsoft Environment)
