Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our cloud infrastructure team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable cloud-based systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud architecture using GCP services such as GKE, Compute Engine, and Storage.
  • Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using GCP tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP features and best practices to continuously improve our cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-12 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations, preferably in a global enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP services, including GKE, Compute Engine, and Storage.
  • Understanding of one or more programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, or .Net.
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools, such as ELK, Stackdriver, and CloudWatch.
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, and Chef.
  • Experience working with deployment and orchestration technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Mesos.
  • Good analytical, communication, problem-solving, and learning skills.
  • Strong service attitude and a commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
