Lead Transformation in Insurance

The Senior Vice President of Transformation will oversee strategic and operational transformation across North America, the UK, and Australia. This role will drive modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption.

This position will lead the Transformation Office with full accountability for driving process excellence (PEX) and ensuring timely execution of strategic efficiency and/or business outcome projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive transformation programs across multiple geographies in IT/ITES BPO organizations.
  • Oversee identification, prioritization, and delivery of CI, Automation, AI, Data analytics opportunities.
  • Establish governance frameworks, execution roadmaps, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of operational discipline, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within Insurance Industry preferably P&C domain.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory landscapes, and digital technologies in North America, UK, and Australia.
  • Experience with platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and insurance specific knowledge (e.g., AINS, CIP)
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and insurance-specific data models.
