As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow revenue through cross-selling and up-selling, and providing expert advice on a range of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Account Management:

• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets by selling banking and financial products to existing customers
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to existing clients

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial matters
• Analyze client needs and preferences to develop tailored solutions
• Ensure timely resolution of client complaints and issues

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage expertise and resources

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
• Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge: Financial products and services, sales techniques, customer relationship management
