Job Opportunity: Facade Access Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our facade access engineering team. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the design and implementation of facade access systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the design team to integrate facade access systems into projects.
  • Lead the design to achieve optimal cost, aesthetic impact, and functionality while following best health and safety practices.
  • Prepare facade access strategy reports at key stages of project design.
  • Develop Employer's Requirements Documentation and System Specifications for facade access and facade replacement systems during the design stage.
  • Review contractor drawings and inspect site throughout construction to ensure compliance with specifications, design intent, and relevant legislation.
  • Manage multiple facade access consulting projects simultaneously and collaborate directly with clients.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and currently available technologies used in facade access.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with facade access systems, either within a consultancy or from a contractor's role.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of facade access systems, their performance, operation, current engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation.
  • Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a relevant academic background.
  • Be competent in AutoCAD and/or Revit and 3D design software.
