Right Advisors Private Limited seeks a seasoned Civil Engineering Management Expert to lead the execution of high-rise residential or commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, quality assurance, budgeting, team management, and timely delivery of the project.
About the Role:
- Plan and oversee the entire lifecycle of high-rise building construction projects.
- Manage site execution, quality control, safety, and compliance with structural and architectural standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, MEP teams, and client representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project schedules to meet deadlines and track daily/weekly progress.
- Control project costs, manage BOQs, tendering, vendor evaluation, and billing approvals.
- Lead a multidisciplinary site team of engineers, supervisors, safety officers, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing high-rise structures (20+ floors).
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, concrete technology, and latest formwork systems.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in Tier-1 construction or real estate companies.
- Hands-on experience in Mivan/Formwork Technology.
- Successfully delivered at least 8+ high-rise projects from excavation to handover.
