We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to support our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying treasury product documentation, onboarding clients on treasury systems, and ensuring all transactions are processed according to agreed procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify Treasury product documentation (Forwards, Derivatives, Bullion, ISDA)
  • Onboard clients on treasury systems (Murex, Metagrid)
  • Process client documentation on online portals (FX retail platform)
  • Ensure accurate invoice generation and GST processing
  • Monitor internal GL's and handle stakeholder relations
  • Maintain desk papers, files, and audit submissions
