Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Integration Specialist with Zoho Analytics, you will be responsible for extracting and synchronizing data from various sources, including CrunchTime and other relevant data sources. You will set up and manage data connections using Zoho Databridge or similar integration tools, ensuring smooth and secure data flows from various APIs or databases to the analytics platform.

Data Transformation & Modeling:

You will clean, transform, and aggregate data from multiple sources to prepare it for reporting and visualization. You will collaborate with the dashboard development team to define data models for key metrics and create automated data pipelines to keep the dashboard updated in real-time.

Dashboard & Reporting:

You will build interactive dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics, Metabase, or similar tools based on project needs. You will assist in creating meaningful visualizations and custom reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data accuracy and usability within the dashboards by conducting regular checks and troubleshooting issues.

Collaboration:

You will work closely with project management and other stakeholders to understand data requirements. You will provide technical guidance on integrating various data sources and suggest improvements for data flow. You will collaborate with the dashboard team to implement effective visualizations for end-users.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Experience with Zoho Analytics, Metabase, or Similar Tools: Proficient in using Zoho Analytics and/or Metabase for creating dashboards, visualizations, and custom reports. Experience in managing data integration through Zoho Databridge or other similar integration platforms.
● Data Integration & API Expertise: Experience in integrating data from various sources, particularly CrunchTime, using APIs or direct database connections. Proven experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and automation of data synchronization.
● Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and aggregating data. Experience with APIs for data extraction and integration. Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and data warehouses is a plus.
● Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve data integration, transformation, and synchronization issues. Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Prior experience with CrunchTime or similar restaurant management systems.
● Experience with multiple data integration platforms and reporting tools.
● Familiarity with additional Zoho products or Metabase features.
● Knowledge of cloud data storage solutions or data warehousing is a plus.
