Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Specialist to lead our design team and deliver exceptional design solutions for our customers.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized design solutions that meet their needs, including quoting, detailed designing, and production drawings ready for manufacturing.
  • Prioritizing and executing multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely completion and high-quality results is crucial to this role.
  • Analyzing sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and optimize the design process will also be a key responsibility.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in interior designing or architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Site experience with confidence in proposed designs' feasibility and minimal installation hassle is essential.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on functional and aesthetically pleasing designs within budget constraints is necessary.
  • Exposure to residential projects is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with local language proficiency desirable.
