Job Summary

The Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in leading the visual identity and design direction of the organization. They are responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual assets that effectively communicate the brand's message across various mediums.

Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership: Lead the design team and provide creative direction, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers to maintain high design standards and foster professional growth.
  • Visual Branding: Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand, ensuring consistency in design elements, typography, colors, and imagery across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Conceptualization and Design: Conceptualize and create compelling designs for a wide range of projects, including digital and print collateral, branding materials, advertisements, packaging, and website assets.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project objectives and develop creative strategies that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with the target audience.
  • Design Production: Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs while adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
  • Art Direction: Provide art direction for photoshoots, illustrations, and other visual assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and integrate innovative design techniques into projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools.
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply them consistently across various mediums.
  • Experience in leading design projects from concept to completion, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
