Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to architect, build, and scale robust backend infrastructure that powers our wealth management platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development for fintech or complex transactional platforms, with expertise in languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, and database systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

  • Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled developer who can design and develop scalable backend services and mobile-optimized RESTful APIs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building robust server-side architecture supporting real-time portfolio updates, automated investing, and AI-driven recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years in backend development for fintech or complex transactional platforms
  • Expertise in backend languages (Node.js, Python, Java), database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), DevOps (Docker, AWS EC2, Nginx, Linux), and REST APIs
  • Track record of building secure, scalable, and resilient backend systems
  • Advanced understanding of backend architecture, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced startup environments
