Climate Innovator Position

We seek a driven and detail-oriented Climate Innovator to support our investment team in Mumbai.

This entry-level role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about sustainable innovation, venture capital, and climate solutions. As a Climate Innovator, you will contribute to sourcing opportunities, conduct market research, and assist in deal execution and portfolio management.

  • Investment Research and Sourcing Support: Assist in identifying potential investment opportunities through thorough research and preliminary outreach.
  • Due Diligence Assistance: Support the team in financial analysis, market validation, and data collection for potential deals.
  • Investment Process Support: Help prepare investment memos, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Portfolio Support: Assist in tracking performance and impact metrics and conducting basic analyses for portfolio companies.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct sectoral research to inform investment theses and track trends in climate tech and sustainability.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Help coordinate our presence at events and build databases of relevant ecosystem players.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or related fields from a premier institution.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or startup roles; climate-focused work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills specific to early-stage investments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Passion for climate innovation and sustainability.
