Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Prompt Engineering Specialist to contribute to our AI and Digital Innovation team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and refine prompts to maximize the performance of large language models (LLMs) across various applications.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate prompt-based solutions into production environments.
  • Evaluate prompts using both automated metrics and human feedback.
  • Develop reusable prompt templates and maintain a library for internal use.
  • Analyze model behavior to identify opportunities for prompt optimization and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in NLP, machine learning, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, AI, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of LLM architectures and their applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in developing conversational agents or AI copilots.
  • Familiarity with evaluation metrics for generative models.
Desirable Traits:
