Senior Front-End Designer and Team Lead

About the Role

As a Senior Front-End Designer & Team Lead, you will be hands-on in both designing and developing, managing project timelines, providing mentorship, and ensuring quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a front-end design/development team
  • Owning the UI/UX experience across web properties
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and backend teams
  • Architect scalable, clean front-end codebases
Requirements
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution
  • Ability to balance high-level leadership with hands-on development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
