We are seeking a highly skilled Database Developer to lead our data integration and ETL processes with expertise in SSIS package development, SQL Server Job creation, Stored Procedure troubleshooting, Views, and query performance tuning in Microsoft SQL Server.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement efficient SSIS packages for data migration and transformation.
  • Create and schedule SQL Server Agent Jobs for automated workflows, ensuring seamless database operations.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize stored procedures, views, and SQL queries to enhance database performance and responsiveness.
  • Analyze query execution plans and perform index optimization to improve system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with application developers to design and maintain database schemas, stored logic, and support data access needs.
  • Perform data validation and analysis to support data migration, transformation, and reporting activities.
  • Monitor and maintain database performance, integrity, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 and above).
  • Proficiency in developing and managing SSIS packages for ETL processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL Server Agent Jobs – creation, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in writing and debugging complex stored procedures, views, and T-SQL scripts.
  • Experience in performance tuning and analyzing query execution plans.
  • Solid understanding of relational database concepts, normalization, and indexing strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and NoSQL databases.
