Key Responsibilities

  • To conduct research and create engaging content that meets the required standards.
  • Review, proofread, and edit articles to guarantee error-free content that adheres to set criteria.
  • Verify facts and data within the content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Cross-check content against established style guides to maintain uniformity in language and formatting.
  • Collaborate with writers to address any content discrepancies and suggest improvements for clarity and coherence.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent command of the English language, good vocabulary, and impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • Proven work experience as a Proofreader, Editor, or similar role.
  • A critical eye for spotting errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in written content.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate in Journalism and Mass Communications or BA (English).
  • Masters in Journalism and Mass Communications or MA (English) would be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with a good academic record in English language (Class 10th & 12th) would be preferred.
